**What happens after submitting the request?

We will process the Toll-Free Request for Proposal within a maximum of 48 hours.
In order to thoroughly map your travel needs and assess your travel options, we will contact you.
During the first communication attempt - if your travel needs and the foreseeable travel options overlap - we will summarise the details and the intention to engage. These will be sent to you in the Travel Assistance Request Summary and you will be able to pay the Agency Fee via the link in the email.
Once we have received the Agency Fee, we will prepare a personalised offer within 48 hours. If possible, we will offer 2-3 options, taking into account your preferences.
